Our program consolidates all necessary components, allowing you to seamlessly manage the process within the comfort of your office. Rest assured, we are dedicated to fostering the development of proficient professionals, ensuring that individuals possess the required skills and competencies. With this application, the responsibilities of your training office are efficiently handled, allowing you to confidently endorse the competence of the professionals you produce.

Comprehensive Program

The all-encompassing program comprises the full spectrum of application functionality, simulations, and an unrestricted number of assessments for each competency.

  1. Register your training office.
  2. Pay annual administration fee and choose subscription
  3. Invite SAIPA trainees to join the program.
  4. Commence the learning process aimed at producing highly skilled professionals.
  • Annual administration fee: R3,000 excl VAT
  • 1 – 10 Trainees: R250 excl VAT per trainee per month
  • 11- 20 Trainees: R200 excl VAT per trainee per month
  • 20+ Trainees: per quote

Individual Competency Simulations

Select one or more individual competency simulations from our comprehensive program to tailor your training according to your specific requirements.

  1. Register your training office.
  2. Invite SAIPA trainees to join the program.
  3. Select individual competency simulations.
  4. Pay for selected competencies.
  5. Commence the learning process aimed at producing highly skilled professionals.
  • Entry-level simulation: R400 excl VAT
  • Intermediate-level simulation: R450 excl VAT
  • Advanced-level simulation: R500 excl VAT

Assessment Process:

 

  • Competencies are categorised.
  • Trainees can initiate assessments, choosing between in-office assessments for competencies encountered in their daily work and simulation/training assessments for skills beyond their routine tasks.
  • In-office assessments focus on competencies relevant to the trainees’ normal working activities.
  • Simulation/training assessments cover competencies less likely to be encountered in their usual work, providing a comprehensive skill set.
  • Our platform sets a minimum number of required assessments per competency to ensure proficiency.
  • Once the minimum assessments are completed, assessors are prompted to declare the trainee as competent or indicate the need for additional assessments.
  • Trainees must upload documents and respond to predetermined questions for each assessment before submission.
  • Upon submission, assessors receive an email notification for review.
  • Assessors can examine the competency and supporting evidence, answering predefined questions and adding notes.
  • If the assessor accepts the assessment, the progress bar updates; if rejected, the assessment does not contribute to overall progress, and the trainee must undertake a new assessment.
  • Once a competency has been performed to the minimum standards and has been accepted by the assessor as complete, the trainee can download the report with supporting evidence for upload to their SAIPA logbook.
